MobiView ( https://github.com/NIVANorge/MobiView ) is a GUI that allows you to interact with and calibrate any mathematical model built using the Mobius framework ( https://github.com/NIVANorge/Mobius )
Mobius allows for very fast specification of general ODE-based mathematical models (currently only used for hydrological and biogeochemical river catchment models, but the framework itself is more general), and any model built in Mobius is immediately compatible with the MobiView without having to write any model-specific GUI code. This allows for rapid development and modification of models to specific needs.
