Hello Dider,
I manage to fix the problem on Wayland when you drop from upp app to Dolphin or Firefox. The issue is fixed under #369. Please keep in mind that it doesn't solve the problem when you drop from XWayland and Wayland, but this is problem to solve on different occasion. In the end we should enable Wayland backend on Wayland by default and this will solve this problem...
Update: I tested Upp XWayland app and Wayland Dolphin and it seems to works fine after my changes.
