It depends. The Company details could be a person's name if the person who owns the software and its author are the same person.

If Ultimate Development owns Ultimate++ then it should be used otherwise we just need to put the names of the authors: Mirek F�dler and Tom� Rylek.

P.S. I prefer to put a company name. Some users find it comforting that the software is supported by a company. Later you can even use this PAD file to direct users to your U++ consulting work.
