We use official mingw releases. Now it is 3.4.5 (and this version will be included in the next dev, now we have 3.4.2). 4.1.2 is still in beta phase, but once it'll be released it will replace current version. There are unofficial releases of 4.2 even 4.3 but I had troubles with them.
