Last time DateTimeCtrl was refactored to better support chameleon engine two regression appeared:
1. If DateTimeCtrl was used WhenAction (of embeded EditDate) did not work if date was selected from pouped calendar
2. "Gray days" were not painted in bold when mouse was over them.

Now both are fixed.
