Naturally, the place of first such thing IMO should be in CZ, most likely Prague or close to it...

That would be fantastic to meet all upp developers and users. I think summer (august?) is the best time to organize it. Prague - great choice, that's wonderful place.
I could for example prepere a presentation about GridCtrl/DropGrid if anyone interested.
