Doc + website + MPL or the officially modified BSD license + dynamic linking (for FOSS dev) + static linking (for FOSS and proprietary dev) and the project will grown further.

You want me as the rpm builder. Let's try it if you are still interested.

As soon as I get a few things working correctly with TheIDE + a dynamic library, it will be easy to include TheIDE + U++ in Mandrivalinux official contrib repository to get it main stream.
