next bug:

need to Unlink() before LinkAfter(), to keep the queue consistent

WorkQueue::MJob & WorkQueue::Pool::NextFree()

//found a free one
e->Unlink(); // <<<=== INSERT this one...
e->LinkAfter(lastjob); //list
