some small bugfixes and changes:

the Dispatcher now is-a Vector, instead of have-a Vector. to let the programmer easily inspect stuff the way he wants.

GCC compileable, i missed to test compilation with gcc (mingw), so this one works.

i have changed the Dispatcher::Dispatch to Dispatcher::DoDispatch, so a Dispatcher could implement an own Dispatchable<T> interface Smile

, thus creating kind of Tree forwarder.

any suggestions welcome.
