I tried to reduce the pagesize by the margins but this didn't help. So I added PromptOK(r.GetPageMMs().ToString()); right in front of the Perform - it says 209mm by 296mm without reducing the pagesize by the margins and 205mm by 292mm when reduced.. Thats slightly too small but the exported is much more bigger.
I draw the conclusion, that I am probably supposed to leave the pagesize as is.

I still have no idea, why the exported PDF is too big and printing the normal PDF fails by crashing.
