I did and retried with 5797.

Just the first test showed wrong pages size again when using PDF export, setting no sizes, margins or anything else.

Next try was with setting pagesize.

I attached all four documents. As you can see the exported still is the wrong size and still export and print look fairly different.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong or what I could do to make both look more identical and have the same size?
