Hi,
This issue is resolved now.
The problem was with .Net version and compiler tools.
Followed this.
It happened because of VS2012 install and removal.
1. Installed .Net version 4.
2. Re-installed Windows SDK 7.1
3. Installed VS 2010 Compiler update
