Where did you get those addresses? As far as I can tell U++ is not published in this repository...

You can find detailed, step by step guide explaining how to set up the repositories for ubuntu and install U++ here, in the dowload section of this web.

it is saved to /usr/share/upp/.

That seems to be correct, assuming your repositories actually contain the right packages.

This seems like incorrectly configured compiler. Are you using TheIDE? If you use some other tools (different IDE, compiler only etc.), please tell us so we can suggest further steps...

Also, what version of U++/TheIDE have you installed?
