MyDlg dlg(this);

dlg.Open();

Rect pr = GetRect();
Rect r = dlg.GetRect();
Size s = r.GetSize();

r.top = pr.top + 10;
r.SetSize(s);

dlg.SetRect(r);

dlg.Execute();
