FileSel now has new feature, WhenIconLazy function pointer, which can point to function used to resolve "slow" icon for file in another thread (only exists in MT). Reference example in reference/FileSelIconLazy.
This is then used in theide icon designer, when inserting files into .iml: images now are shown as file icons in the FileSel list.
