Hello Mirek,

I am the author of RSS and its example package.
If no one is actively using the RSS and RSS example, you can safely remove it.
It is obsolete, and was rudimentary anyway...
I already wrote a full-fledged replacement (with RSS/ATOM/RDF + modules) which compiles with GCC/latest U++ packages, and will upload it to bazaar once I do some cleanup.
