Console window not opened when i debugging console application.

I use TheIDE version 9251 (32 bit) Compiled 12/01/2015 10:55:33 on Windows 10 pro (10.0.10586).

MinGw:
gcc (tdm64-1) 5.1.0
GNU ld (GNU Binutils) 2.25
