How does one bring back the list templates when creating a new package after launching theide? I could correct this be re-installing, but not a good use of time.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch theide
2) Select the assembly, MyApps
3) Select the button at bottom labeled, new package
3) Template frame displays a package list of <empty>
