The idea was that Skylark lives as one of SCGI services of some http daemon like Apache. SSL would then be managed by Apache.

"Direct" HTTP mode of Skylark is mostly for application development. In production, SCGI is assumed.

Note that SCGI requests are detected automatically in Core: HttpHeader::Read level, so from skylark perspective, there is nothing to setup...
