Hello David,

There has been a significant change with Upp/TheIDE 2021.1.
The packages you've mentioned (at least, most of them) are now separately available via UppHub.

UppHub package manager is part of TheIDE >= 2021.1

UppHub allows us to gather, develop and maintain 3rd-party packages easily. It also allows users to easily manage them.
