Hi,

HtmlTools, a libtidy wrapper for U++, is updated:

+ U++'s memory managers are enabled.
+ TidyHtmlParser::Node class gained ToHtmlNode() method. Allows any node to be converted to HtmlNode class.
+ Package is also uploaded to upp-components repo.
