Added:
- Layout designer: "Generate code" (Alt+C) - generate some useful code snippers out of layout

Fixed:
- TreeCtrl: Keyboard problem : PageUp/Down behaved opposite (fix by zsolt)
- Topic++: Focusing and scrolling problems reported by hojtsy
- RichText::ApplyZoom: tabsize and object size were no adjusted
- TheIDE: Problem with "multiplying icons" in main toolbar
- TopWindow: Title charset problem on win9x (fix by zsolt)
