Some new features:
- Left pane now contains short GLOBAL (as in "shared between all FileSel instances) LRU list (stored with global configs)
- Forward button works
- In Win32, clicking Network could freeze the application for tens of seconds (because this is how long calls to these APIs take). This is now fixed using background thread and network scanning can be canceled. Also, the root is cached, so next time it is fast.
