Here's a SVN.r1012 translation for Taiwan (ZH-TW UTF-8), including SqlCtrl.

BTW, could you add the package SqlCtrl into AllForI18n,because i have also update the content of SqlCtrl\SqlCtrl.t in the following tr file, or i have to do that by myself manually in the every new release of svn build. Sad

BTW would you please add language option: ZH-TW to package Report in AllForI18n. Because I also update Report.t in the tr file.
