It is a good idea to have all examples and ref code compiling for an official release:

* AnimatedHello
TCtrlLib.h include DocTypes.h that do no exist any more
l. 5
- #include <DocTypes/DocTypes.h>

* imgsvr
linker option /MAP should be conditional when using MS compiler only

* brc
*brc/ship
not compiling.
Sorry, no time to investigate today.
