Really, the PDFDraw is perfect to write a PDF.
But how to read it and draw it ?

Basically, two options:

Option A:

- get PDF specification
- create PDF interpreter

If you do so and do it in U++, please contribute to U++.... And name it DrawPdf Wink

Now seriously: PDF interperet is not a trivial thing. I guess the best option now is Adobe library that provides what you need.
