Hello,
It would be great if full support for Olson timezone information (also historical) were built into the core library. I know this is something that is available on UNIX/Linux in the standard C library, but on Windows it is lacking. I know only of ICU that does it. And that one is a bit bloated to just convert some times to another timezone.
If this seems not feasable, could you point me to some other library on Windows that handles this in a platform independant way, please?
