Is there a widget similar to Label, which can display Qtf, allows mouse selection and customizable right click menu? Hideable Scrollbar would be nice too, but not really needed.

RichTextCtrl is what you need (this is the ctrl used for PromptOK etc.). To add a custom right-click menu you'll have to inherit from it and override RightDown, the default mmenu only has 'Copy'.

Maybe it is worth adding "WhenBar" to RichTextCtrl too...

I would accept a good patch there.
