When Win7 is set to "Large" fonts (which are really really large, so perhaps this is not much of problem as this setting is quite unusual), weird thing happens to U++ apps - they look like they are actually painted in lower resolution and then scaled up (means text is somewhat blurry).

Any clue as to why this happens is appreciated...
