Well, I think you are suggesting adding a "description" to the package that would be displayed when selecting package, am I right?

Yes. Kind of a dream would be to have, e.g, displayed special comments from sources like:
/*PACKDESC: ...blabla... */
that means you don't need to enter them separately...
