Hi trader,

The problem is that you tried to install package upp-data, which is not from our PPA. I don't know how archive.getdeb.net it got into your repositories. The error happened because this foreign package includes U++ sources (note the versioon - 1668 is pretty old Smile ) so there was a nameclash with our package upp, which is already installed on your system.

To install U++ correctly, use just
sudo aptitude install upp theide
.
