How to associate a tooltip to a Ctrl [message #3744]

Hello,

I've seen there is a whole class about tooltip. I need to suggest the user about the function of some buttons, droplist, and editfield... how to set it?

Very easy as usual. Instead I was looking for something like .ToolSomething().
