I use U++ with MSC7.1, and I see the arguments in Build Methods are -O2. And I run MS C in console, there are many arguments, not only for optimizing speed (-O2). Can I change these arguments in U++? (Ex: -O1: for optimizing space). I have tried, it didn't run.

Yes. You can change them on per-package, per-file basis (using package organizer) or in "Build methods" setup dialog.

BTW, new version will have direct "speed" / "size" optimization support.
