I think, it would be a comfortable thing to edit "Tip"s of controls using the layout designer. What do you think about it?
I could change the .usc files, if it is needed.

I think it was there at one moment, but never used, just takeing the place.

Anyway, if you think this is useful, get it back.

(BTW, some volunteer to document .usc would be nice Smile

I thought about this thing and I think that the most appropriate place for tooltips is the layout file, because it is the part of the GUI.
I have modified CtrlLib.usc to allow setting up Tips in layout designer. Editing Tips are enabled for buttons and editable controls only.
