ScatterCtrl was working on Lubuntu 16.04 and upp version 11213 now i've switched to Ubuntu 20.04 and upp 16270 and i'm getting this error

error: unknown type name 'ScatterCtrl'
ITEM(ScatterCtrl, sc, LeftPosZ(220, 300).TopPosZ(76, 200))

ScatterCtrl was moved to U++ Hub - needs to be installed first (Setup/UppHub..)
