I am used the vector in my code like this:

struct CsvData : { Vector<Vector<Value>>rows;};

Getting error like this:

/upp/uppsrc/Core/Vcont.h (195): error: call to implicitly-deleted copy constructor of 'Upp::Vector<Upp::Value>'
/upp/uppsrc/Core/Vcont.h (290): note: copy constructor is implicitly deleted because 'Vector<Upp::Value>' has a user-declared move constructor

Probably somewhere you copy CsvData. U++ intentionally does not support "deep" copy constructor for container, in code you have to "choose" between pick (that is move in std C++) semantics or clone semantics.

That said, you can use "WithDeepCopy" template to change this behaviour.

WithDeepCopy<Vector<WithDeepCopy<Vector<Value>>> rows;
