How do I open the Icon Designer? I have looked everywhere I can think of but cannot find info on how to invoke it. Of course, it could be that I am just too dumb or blind to find it! In any event, can anyone clue me in?

It opens automatically based on file extension - ".iml". Same is true for dialog designer - ".lay" and a couple of other less important cases.
