Anybody willing to look into OpenSSL Win32 compilation?

Win32 release ships with static OpenSSL libraries. The source I have used is this one:
https://www.npcglib.org/~stathis/blog/precompiled-openssl/
Unfortunatly, the latest build is 1.0.2l.
The guy provides compile scripts that he is using and instructions, maybe somebody could try that to get 1.0.2r?
Should be just question of configuring everything correctly...

It took me quite a lot of time to fix perl scripts.
VC 2017 build
.
P.S. In case you want to build it by yourself I've attached a patch and a build script.
