I guess it should be fixed in the generator part not only on sourceforge?

Actually, this is one of problems I am working on right now...

...I mean, I plan to add UUIDs to topics and change links to linking by UUIDs (and code references) - that will in turn mean that links will not broke when topic is moved elsewhere.
