When compiling latest UVS2 sources I got a link error with missing Printer symbols. This is caused by wrong #ifdef ... #endif alignment, which was introduced with the WinCE port.
The #endif at the very end of the file 'PrinterJob.cpp' has to be moved right after the #endif for WinCE #define, because all definitions after that are for POSIX systems.
