As you can understand from the topic name I have started a standalone VectorDesigner or VetorEditor from the code pieces I found U++... I want to make a ChartCtrl, too.
If you want to join me or just help me, download the file and have a look at it. I made some useful comments in it Smile If you want you can put more comments, and/or improve it, and upload here.

P.S. in the zip is a directory which you can copy to e.g upp/reference

You forgot to include "VectorDesA" package!

Oh! Thank you, Myrek. I'm very sorry. I forgot to mention:

VectorDesA is VectorDes(but not ide/VectorDes!) without VectorDes_init.cpp file.

so, just:
1. remove package VectorDesA and add VectorDes.
2. edit VectorDesA to VectorDes in ArisVectorDes.cpp
3. temporary remove VectorDes_init.cpp from VectorDes

Alternatively, you can create VectorDesA directory (and so the package) by copying VectorDes directory and removing VectorDes_init.cpp file.

Thanks for looking and trying.

If you are still interested...
After Myrek had helped me I improved the designer app a little bit.
Now it closes normally.
Also, host problem appears to be a kind of a bug in upp sources...
But I would like to know what was the original idea behind the VectorDesHost if Tom reads this... Smile
If you want to play, download the version 2 below.
