The problem is that showing big drawings, the scaling is buggy.
I attached a testcase: load a big image file and try resizing it.

Fix: CtrlLib/Static.cpp in void Picture::Paint(Draw& w) change a line:
//if(sr.cx * sz.cx < sz.cy * sr.cy) {
if(sr.cy * sz.cx < sz.cy * sr.cx) {
