Cut & Paste by Mouse Wheel [message #1744]

I wrote simple program to see is it really convinient to make cut and paste operation by rotating mouse wheel while keep pressed left mouse button.

First it seamed not to work, but it works for me only with Shift key pressed additionally (WinXP).

Does not work as it should:
MouseLeft+WheelDown - Copy

Does work:
MouseLeft+Shift+WheelDown - Copy
