Windows 7 - long wait after app crash [message #25651]

Well, well, well... I finally had to do that, spent the whole Friday upgrading my desktop to Windows 7 - I have found U++ (and therefore my apps) slowly diverging from this soon to be mainstream look&feel.

Now I almost as happy as with XP, but there are some glitches to sort out.

One of them is that after the crash of application being developed, I have to wait a long long time before Win7 finally removes it. I guess it is trying to gather informations about crash so that it can send it to Microsoft or developer or whatever.

Is there a way how to disable it and make crash "fast"? (just tell me that it crashed, that is all I need).

1. Click on the �start� menu and go to control panel. When in the control panel, go to the �system� icon
(or you can also right-click on �my computer� icon and select Properties).
2. Click on the �Advanced� tab in the new window that pops up.
3. within the advanced tab, click on �error reporting�
4. You can click on disable error reporting entirely, or for certain programs.
5. Once you�re done with your selection make sure to click �OK� to save your changes.
