It looks like Ref::Ref(bool&) and bool& RefBool(Ref f), which are supposed to be a part of a Value framework, are missing.
If I understand correctly, they cannot be replaced by int.

Can they be added?

Ref(Ref) does not make sense; there is already (implicit) copy operator which works as expected.
