Select word wise for CodeEditor/IDE [message #45123]

Hi Mirek & al,
I always likes the function of other editors to select word wise like in MSC, Notepad++, etc.

Selecting a word with double click, then move mouse while left button still pressed selects all the "words" between initital mouse down point and current mouse position...

I tried to code it with least impact, have a look at it.

Patch is against 8904...

Sounds good; I was not aware about this common behavior. Patch is a good inspiration, but there are some rought edges. I will look into it soon.

Hi Mirek,
had it working for a couple of months, but improvements are welcome.

There is also a tripple-click moved selection (using complete lines for block selection).
(Justed checked it working in my Moz FireFox used for writing this reply...)

But I had not the patience to fix some errors. While moving the mouse in tripple-click the drag&drop behaviour kicked in, after some searching without success I removed tripple-click selection...
