GetSysTime() returns current date and time,
and int Get() (Converts the time into a numeric value)

GetSysTime().Get() - return numeric value.
In what algorithm, as it turns out is an integer, which is translated in the current date and time? Obviously, it is not unix time, it is a seconds ? But then, from what date ?

A couple of examples of the construction 'GetSysTime().Get()' work:
The number return GetSysTime().Get() === corresponding date (GetSysTime())

It is seconds, but the start of time is not defined. Only the difference is defined to be in seconds...
