how to commit to bazaar on sourceforge? [message #13568]

I added (Tortoise Add..) agg24 package to my working copy (as I understand) (under tags/bazaar/agg24) and tried to do an initial commit with my sourceforge password but got "permission denied"...
Not enough privileges or something else?

P.S I had a subversion server installed but used it very little sometime ago.
