CJK characters can be higlighted as keywords [message #16169]

Some CJK characters like 似 (4F3C UTF16, E4BCBC UTF8) get highlighted like keywords in the C++ code editor. Not a big issue since they are illegal outside of string constants, where they are properly highlighted.
