RapidSVN vs Ultimate SVN fuctionality [message #24605]

I noticed that in the environment TheIde menu SVN and there is some functionality. I enjoyed RapidSVN. Nobody knows whether compatible SVN tags of these two systems, stored in a folder .svn?
